By enrolling in Magima Kids Media Arts programs or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or enroll in our programs.
Our programs are designed for children in grades 1st-6th. Students must be within this grade range at the start of the program.
Currently, our classes are only being offered to Mt. Washington Elementary students. We plan to expand to other schools as soon as possible.
Parents/guardians must complete the enrollment form, sign the liability waiver, and submit payment to secure enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Classes have limited capacity. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to close enrollment when capacity is reached.
Regular attendance is essential for student success. Please notify us in advance if your child will be absent. We are unable to offer make-up classes at this time.
Students are expected to treat staff, peers, and equipment with respect. We reserve the right to remove students who exhibit unsafe or disruptive behavior. In such cases, refunds will not be provided.
Students retain ownership of all creative work produced during our programs (films, animations, music videos). Digital copies of completed projects are provided whenever available.
With written parental consent, we may showcase student creative work in the following ways:
Parents may withdraw consent and request removal at any time.
All curriculum, teaching materials, and instructional content are the intellectual property of Magima Kids Media Arts and may not be reproduced without permission.
By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree that:
Parents must provide accurate medical information (allergies, disabilities, medications) during enrollment. In case of medical emergency, we will attempt to contact parents/emergency contacts immediately and seek appropriate medical care. Parents are responsible for all medical costs.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer enrollment in an alternative class.
We may make minor adjustments to class schedules with advance notice. Major changes will require parent consent or offer of refund.
Dismissals due to repeated or serious misbehavior are non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered in cases of extended medical leave (with a doctor's note) or other significant extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of program administration.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with California law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
