Magima iOS

Overview

Magima ("we", "our", or "the app") is a creative playground developed by Magima Kids. We believe in keeping things simple and respecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect (spoiler: almost none) and how we handle it.

What the App Does

Magima includes creative tools for making music, art, and animations:

• Music Machine – Create beats and melodies
• Liquid Playground – Interactive fluid art
• Pixelator – Pixel art creation

Data We Collect

We do NOT collect any personal information.

• No personal information (name, email, phone)
• No location data
• No photos or camera access
• No contacts
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No advertising identifiers

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

• Your Creations: Music, art, and animations you create are saved locally on your device using your browser's local storage
• App Preferences: Settings like sound on/off are stored locally

This data stays on your device. We never see it, access it, or transmit it anywhere.

Third-Party Services

The current version of Magima does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

Magima is designed to be safe for users of all ages, including children. We do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR).

Future Features

We plan to add optional features in the future:

• User Accounts: If you choose to create an account, we will collect only the information necessary (like email) and will update this policy accordingly
• Subscription Features: Premium features may be added, but all current free features will remain free forever
• Cloud Sync: Optional cloud storage for your creations may be offered

When these features are added, this privacy policy will be updated before they go live.

Data Security

Since we don't collect your data, there's nothing to secure on our end. Your creations are stored locally on your device and protected by your device's security.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access: Your creations are on your device – you can access them anytime
• Delete: Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
• Export: Use the app's built-in share/export features to save your creations

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify users through the app or App Store update notes.
