We understand that plans change. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for Magima Kids Media Arts programs. Each semester program costs $250 for 9 weeks of sessions.
Withdrawals made 30 or more days before the program start date will receive a full refund.
Withdrawals made less than 30 days before the program start date will receive full credit toward any future class. Credits are valid for 12 months.
Withdrawals made after the semester begins may receive partial credit for future classes at the discretion of program administration.
Dismissals due to repeated or serious misbehavior are non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered in cases of extended medical leave (with a doctor's note) or other significant extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of program administration. Please contact us at hello@magima.kids to discuss your situation.
If we must cancel a program due to unforeseen events (such as severe weather or facility issues):
Please feel free to ask! We'll do our best to accommodate class switches when possible (different time or class type), but we can't make any guarantees as it depends on availability. Contact us within 7 days of enrollment to request a switch.
We understand life happens! While we can't offer refunds for individual missed classes, we do our best to help students catch up. We are unable to offer make-up classes at this time.
